Improve dense phase slug flow with Cyclonaire, high-pressure convey line Air Injectors – well suited for conveying nonporous materials. Air injectors – in intervals suitable for the application – help move material smoothly with less source tank pressure and lower material velocities. By regulating slug length throughout the convey line, material degradation is minimized and the integrity of the convey line is maintained. Convey Line Air Injectors are available for retrofit in existing dense phase applications or can be used to restart dense flow after shutdown. A convey line clean out is not necessary.

Cyclonaire’s line injector operates at pressures up to 100 psig. Metered volumes are regulated by patented locking needle type flow adjustment valve. Built-in automatic checks prevent back flow of material into control air.

Cyclonaire dense phase systems are an efficient way to pneumatically transport dry materials using high-pressure air to transfer slow-moving, tightly packed slugs between 100 and 1,000 feet per minute. Options also include the DPV (vaccum) Series or DPG (gravity) Series, with a top or bottom discharge.
