VibraPad Aeration Systems

VibraPad Aeration Systems, available in assorted standard sized kits, from 2- pad kits up to 24- pad kits with installation hardware, increase the flow of dry bulk materials for reliable and efficient product transfer from hoppers, bins, and silos.

VibraPadThis product combines variable aeration and vibration to counter bridging, ratholing, and compacting that can occur during processing and storage.

Kits include parts needed for a complete system: controls, piping, plumbing, fittings, hoses, wiring, and valves. Cyclonaire can also custom fit a VibraPad Aeration System to fit your exact application.

  • Metered air aerates and fluidizes material and produces resonating vibratory waves that further aid material flow.
  • Use during transfer to improve flow and during storage to maintain the aerated condition of the material.
  • Detailed instructions and complete kits make installation easy.
  • Rubber pads are shaped to provide excellent sealing against a wide variety of surfaces.
  • Integral check valve displaces air evenly under the boot and eliminates backflow.
  • Operation is unaffected by moisture in material or air supply lines.

    • FDA permitted and coloring is FDA accepted
    • Not oil resistant
  • Neoprene Pad Features:
    • 60 durameter (stiff and less pliable)
    • 212ºF high continuous temperature
    • 250ºF intermittent temperature rating
    • -95ºF low temperature rating
    • Required minimum 7 PSI to operate
    • White
    • FDA permitted and coloring is FDA accepted
    • Oil resistant

Applications:

  • Installation in bins, hoppers, silos, and bulk carrier dischargers to increase flow of material during transfer by simultaneous aeration and vibration.

Ideal Material Types:

  • Any dry bulk materials that tend to bridge or flow slowly during discharge or pack during storage.

Requirements:

  • 5-60 PSIG air
