Cone Valves

Cyclonaire’s low-pressure 15 PSI inlet valve allows the flow of material into semi-dense phase conveying systems. With the use of Cyclonaire’s proprietary Cone Valve, maintenance due to abrasive wear is virtually eliminated. The use of aluminum and stainless steel makes the Cone Valve equally versatile with corrosive materials.

Proppet Valve 2

2” Spring Return Poppet Valves

Cyclonaire’s 2″ Spring Return Poppet Valves can be incorporated with semi-dense phase conveyors to connect the source vacuum to the tank. Located above the dust separator, the valve is open during load mode and the vacuum created by the Venturi is allowed to entire the Cyclonaire vessel. The valve is closed during the convey mode and allows the vessel to be pressurized.

Poppet Valve

2″ Double Acting Poppet Valves

Cyclonaire’s 2″ Double Acting Poppet Valve is located below the dust separator. The valve is closed in the load mode, allowing the vacuum created by the Venturi to be drawn into the Cyclonaire vessel. The valve is open during the convey mode and allows for the vessel to be pressurized. Low pressure, 15 PSI.

4″ Suction Valves

4″ Discharge Valves with Open Stop

A low-pressure, 15 PSI valve, primarily used on Cyclonaire’s HC-Series units. Our proprietary 4″ Discharge Valves with Open Stop can open and close as needed and are used to pressurize the tank during the discharge step. This particular type of valve is located below the dust separator. The valve is closed during a load mode allowing the vacuum created by the Venturi to be drawn into the Cyclonaire vessel. The valve is open during a convey mode and allows for the vessel to be pressurized. Open stop is used to create a pressure differential for tank aeration.
