- Application Engineer

- The Application Engineer provides pneumatic conveying solutions to new and existing customers. Works closely with Business Development managers to fully understand customer opportunities to be able to design, engineer, and quote pneumatic conveying solutions which fits the needs of the client. The position also frequently interfaces with our outside independent reps teams providing technical advice to reps in the field. The Application Engineer has a strong understanding of the entire range of company products and services to our customers. The Application Engineer also has responsibility for helping in Cyclonaire’s Test Lab facility. Working knowledge of bench scale testing of materials and full scale customer trials to determine rates and convey methods is a must. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
- Mechanical Designer 1

- The Mechanical Designer 1 is responsible for preparing production and assembly drawings using computer-aided drafting (Solidworks) based on models created by equipment designers and engineers. Some modeling and design may be involved but an understanding of the concepts and practices is necessary. This position will work as part of a team by assisting the equipment engineers and designers. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
- Project Engineer 1

- The Project Engineer 1 is an entry level position with an introduction to process design solutions for end customers through an iterative design cycle. The Project Engineer will work with customer and internal support groups of design staff, Project Managers, and Application Engineers. The Project Engineer will prepare designs based off the intended solution that the Application Engineer established during the sales cycle. The Project Engineer collaborates with senior engineering staff to support their design decisions and material choices with engineering calculations and data. This role will perform working calculations relating to design solutions. Task work is generally independent while overall work is collaborative. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
- Welder/Fabricator 1

- A Welder/Fabricator uses specialized equipment, such as metal welding, cutting, machining, drilling, punching, forming, and grinding tools, to build components for a variety of Cyclonaire products. The Welder/Fabricator will also perform simple repairs and provide daily preventative maintenance on equipment, routine inspections of the tools and equipment, and train others on how to care for the machines. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
