• Electrical / Mechanical Assembler
  • • An Electrical Mechanical Assembler assembles, installs, tests, and calibrates pneumatic conveying systems using both electrical and mechanical disciplines. The Electrical Mechanical Assembler follows blueprints, bill of materials, schematics, and instrumentation diagrams. The Electrical Mechanical Assembler selects, measures, and prepares electrical wiring, connecting wiring and labels to panels and machines. The Electrical Mechanical Assembler will perform instrument startup, calibration, functional, and safety testing. The Electrical Mechanical Assembler operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or finished machines/equipment according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures. The Electrical Mechanical Assembler tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances and product specifications. The Electrical Mechanical Technician will perform simple repairs, provide daily preventative maintenance on equipment, perform routine inspections of the tools and equipment, and train others on how to care for the machines. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.

• Production Floor Supervisor – Assembly
  • • The Production Floor Supervisor supervises a manufacturing production area that fabricates and assembles Cyclonaire products and equipment. The Production Floor Supervisor is responsible for the development, training, and all-around execution of the team. The Production Floor Supervisor ensures production targets are met by executing the daily and weekly work schedules and following drawings, work instructions, core processes and SOP’s. Delivers training for new processes and/or equipment and onboards new employees. Conducts quality inspections on completed assemblies to validate function and product specifications. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.

• Production Technician
  • • A Production Technician sets up and operates machines such as welding, machining, drill presses, punch presses, cutting, bending rolls, brakes, grinders, and various equipment to shape and alter metal according to specifications to build quality components for a variety of Cyclonaire products. As a Production Technician your duties are also to perform simple repairs and provide daily preventative maintenance on equipment, perform routine inspections of the tools and equipment, and train people on how to operate the machines. A Production Technician must be able to read technical drawings and follow instructions. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.

• Application Engineer
  • • The Application Engineer provides pneumatic conveying solutions to new and existing customers.  Works closely with Business Development managers to fully understand customer opportunities to be able to design, engineer, and quote pneumatic conveying solutions which fits the needs of the client.   The position also frequently interfaces with our outside independent reps teams providing technical advice to reps in the field. The Application Engineer has a strong understanding of the entire range of company products and services to our customers.  The Application Engineer also has responsibility for helping in Cyclonaire’s Test Lab facility.  Working knowledge of bench scale testing of materials and full scale customer trials to determine rates and convey methods is a must. This role will be able to carry out its functions in accordance with Cyclonaire’s Core Values.
