Cyclonaire CB Series Blend-Veyors are designed to blend and convey powdered materials from multiple sources in one integrated unit. By combining blending and semi-dense phase conveying into a single system, the CB Series helps improve productivity, reduce product degradation, and support more efficient material transfer.
The CB Series uses a vacuum-loaded transfer vessel and positive displacement blower to convey materials at low line velocities, helping minimize abrasive line wear while maintaining reliable movement through the system. With capacity up to 80 TPH and the ability to blend two or more materials, the Blend-Veyor is well suited for applications where accuracy, efficiency, and controlled material handling are critical.
Designed for weighing, batching, and blending applications, the CB Series Blend-Veyor can be configured with multiple inlets, aeration zones, pressure monitoring, and material contact options to meet a wide range of process requirements.

How the CB Series Blend-Veyor Works
The CB Series Blend-Veyor combines vacuum loading, controlled blending, and pressure discharge in a compact system designed for efficient material transfer.
vacuum load cycle
As the load cycle begins, the suction valve opens while the discharge valve remains closed. Air pressure generates a vacuum through patented venturi action. As vacuum increases in the transfer vessel, separately valved dual inlets open until the desired weight is reached.
Pressure Discharge Cycle
After the load and blend cycle is complete, the inlet and suction valves close and the discharge valve opens. The same positive air supply used to create vacuum is then used to push material into the discharge manifold, where it is fluidized for semi-dense phase conveying—helping minimize product degradation, reduce line wear, and improve system efficiency.
