Cyclonaire Bulk Bag Fillers are designed to support controlled discharge into standard bulk bag sizes while helping minimize dust and material loss. Built for flexibility, these filling stations can be configured around material characteristics, bag size, weighing needs, dust collection requirements, and available plant space.
The standard design includes a heavy-duty carbon steel frame, flanged material inlet, NEMA 4 controls, inflatable bag spout seal, and remote dust collection connection. Optional and custom configurations can add adjustable height, material inlet valves, floor scales, electronic scales, bag inflators, adjustable loop support arms, dust collection or suppression systems, and vibration or compaction features.
